BARR2148 LIMITED is committed to promoting equal opportunities and preventing discrimination across all services provided through The Infinity Project on www.senshin2148.com (the “Service”). We are not an employer of individuals using the Service. However, we require all participants to respect the principles of equality, non-discrimination, dignity, and inclusion.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms and Privacy Policy.

1. Commitment

We believe in fairness, accessibility, and transparency. The Service is intended to be available equally, without unlawful discrimination. This policy applies worldwide and is aligned with, where applicable:

  • UK Equality Act 2010

  • UK Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018

  • EU Web Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2016/2102)

  • European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882)

  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

  • US Civil Rights Act (Title VII), ADEA, Equal Pay Act, and GINA

  • Other applicable equality, anti-harassment, and accessibility laws.

2. Protected characteristics

Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion on the basis of protected characteristics will not be tolerated, including (where applicable):

  • Age

  • Disability

  • Gender reassignment

  • Marriage and civil partnership

  • Pregnancy and maternity

  • Race (including colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin)

  • Religion or belief

  • Sex

  • Sexual orientation

  • Citizenship or immigration status (where legally protected)

  • National origin

  • Genetic information (where legally protected)

  • Veteran or military status (where legally protected)

  • Any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

3. Service usage rules (Submissions and archive entries)

Because The Infinity Project is a memory preservation service, these rules apply to all Submissions (including name, image, and ideas), whether submitted to the Public Archive or Private Archive:

3.1 You must not submit content that includes:

  • hateful or harassing content targeting protected characteristics,

  • discriminatory slurs, threats, or calls for exclusion or violence,

  • content intended to humiliate, intimidate, or dehumanise a person or group.

3.2 We may refuse, restrict, or remove content that breaches this policy or applicable law. Since the Service does notrequire account creation, enforcement actions may include removal of the entry and, where necessary, technical restrictions to protect the Service.

3.3 If content is removed due to a policy breach, no refund is due (where fees apply), except where required by law.

4. Reasonable accommodations and accessibility

In line with our Accessibility Statement, we will make reasonable efforts to support participants with disabilities, including (where feasible):

  • help submitting content,

  • alternative communication formats,

  • guidance on using the Service.

5. Reporting concerns

If you believe content on the Service breaches this policy, please report it in writing via:

We will review reports within a reasonable timeframe and take proportionate action where appropriate.

6. Remedies and enforcement

Where discrimination, harassment, or exclusion is found, proportionate action may include:

  • removal or restriction of content,

  • limiting visibility while we review,

  • permanent removal of the archive entry.

7. Global application

This policy applies worldwide. Where local laws differ, we will apply this policy alongside applicable local legal requirements, while operating from England and Wales as our primary legal jurisdiction.
