Unsubscribe and Removal Policy

The Infinity Project

At BARR2148 LIMITED, we respect your right to request removal at any time. The Infinity Project does not require account creation, so “unsubscribe” in this Service means complete removal of your profile/entry from either the Public Archive or Private Archive.

How to request removal

You may request complete removal of your profile through any of the following methods:

Website contact method: if a “Get in Touch” form is available on www.senshin2148.com, you may submit your request there.

(There is no login-based deletion option because no account is required.)

Verification of requests

For your protection, we will take reasonable steps to confirm your identity before processing a removal request. This helps prevent unauthorised removals. Verification may include confirming the email address used in your participation or requesting additional details needed to identify your entry.

What removal means

Once verified, we will:

delete your profile/entry from the Service (Public or Private), and
stop displaying it on the Website.

If your information was posted in the Public Archive, it may have been copied, shared, or indexed by third parties outside our control (for example, search engines). We cannot guarantee removal from third-party services, but we will remove it from our Website.

Data handling

We do not retain personal data beyond what is strictly necessary. Any data that must be retained is limited to what is required for internal legal, regulatory, tax, or compliance purposes. All other personal data will be permanently deleted once your removal request has been fulfilled, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Confirmation

Once removal is completed, we will send written confirmation to you where possible (for example, by email).
